Founded in 2012, Electrical Construction & Management (ECM) was established to fill a market gap in Papua New Guinea to provide quality electrical services to an international standard. The business had 3 employees and had secured a modest, ongoing workload. We saw the potential to build on this foundation and enhance the profitability of the business with our core offerings: ISO certified quality management processes; enhanced financial controls and oversight; dedicated, professional marketing and business development support; and an emphasis on human resource fundamentals to place the right people in the right job.
Since the acquisition of ECM in 2018, Sentinel Management in close collaboration with General Manager Alistair Houlihan have seen a diversification of revenue streams and a steady increase in revenue. New revenue streams include electronic security and data cabling capabilities with projects underway with the most significant organisations in the diplomatic and private sectors of PNG.
