Last week Sentinel Training delivered a management course to six Timorese nationals working on USAID funded programs. This training is contextualised to Timor with the aim of supporting budding managers to achieve their full potential. The training includes modules on time management, conflict resolution and team-building. We were honoured to have in attendance the Chief of Party of the USAID’s Tourism For All Project. We are proud to support the staff of this important program and applaud USAID for their investment in the career development of local staff.
Based on positive feedback received from students, we will be expanding our course offerings in coming months. More news in this space soon!
